This new single origin Limited Edition roast comes from a small farm within the northern province in Zambia, in the Isanya Estate. The Northern Province has some of the best conditions for Arabica coffee bean cultivation in Zambia.
Natural-processed ‘Gold’ coffee cherries are carefully selected with double handpicking (ensuring a consistency of over 98% of fully formed red ripe cherries) before being dried on raised beds. The cherries are spread across beds in thin layers to ensure even drying, and regularly turned over a period of 3 to 4 weeks.
This coffee is medium-bodied, and has a smooth finish.
Tasting Notes: Blueberry jam, caramel, floral notes, hints of milk chocolate
