Introducing our newest Limited Edition Roast, Single-Origin Guatemalan Peaberry. These coffee beans come from the best coffee-growing soils in the world, rich volcanic soils. The peaberry is so unique and special and creates rich flavors and aromas, as compared to other coffees. It's almost a delicacy, if you will.
What is peaberry coffee? Normally, there are two coffee beans inside each coffee cherry. However, a naturally occurring mutation can occurs where there's only ONE bean inside the coffee cherry. It's called "peaberry", and typically a little smaller in size, but they pack a punch!
Process: Natural (bean dried in full cherry)
Tasting Notes: Mild strawberry, bright, clean, hints of spice and smoke
