Shipping Information
Our coffee is always roasted fresh before delivery. We will never sell or ship coffee that is not fresh. After your order is placed, it will be shipped within one to five business days. Once the coffee is shipped and leaves the Snowy Elk Coffee roastery, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping partner. Snowy Elk, LLC is not at fault for shipping partner shipping delays.
All our coffee and merchandise is eligible for shipping. We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States of America and internationally. We use the FedEx to ship our packages. Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather and/or transportation delays out of our control. Rates are calculated directly by FedEx. Shipping rates are based on several factors, weight, dimensions of package and ZIP codes. We reserve the right to modify the charges based on the factors and rate modifications by the shipping companies. Extra charges could be fuel rate surcharges, oversized package and residential charges.
Local Pick-Up Policy
We offer a local pick-up option. When this option is selected during checkout, the customer will be notified (by email) when the order is ready for pick-up. Available days and times for pick-up are listed on our website, and occur during normal business hours from our Cheyenne roastery location (6002 US-30, Unit B, Cheyenne, WY).
Return Policy
Coffee will be freshly roasted, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted with the exception of a proven error on the part of Snowy Elk, LLC. Shipping rates are non-refundable.
