We don't put just any coffee in a barrel. We age specialty-grade, organic beans that have dynamic flavors. The barrel-aging process allows the beans to absorb the aroma and subtle flavors of the bourbon and whiskey barrels. What's left? The best coffee you've ever had.
We use local barrels from Pine Bluffs Distilling, because we believe they produce some of the finest quality bourbon and whiskey in the state of Wyoming.
