Assistant Coffee Roaster
Snowy Elk Coffee Co. is a family owned and award-winning coffee roastery specializing in roasting high quality, specialty-grade coffees. We are a small but fast-growing company that is looking for part-time employees who are reliable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and capable of modest physical exertion.
On-the-job training provided.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 45lbs, and High School Diploma.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Assist in operating the coffee roaster and work up to roasting coffee independently under the supervision of Master Roaster
Good communication skills (including updating spreadsheets and writing emails)
Ability to work independently
Various roastery warehouse duties (cleaning the roaster, sweeping the space, organizing inventory, etc.)
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday/Wednesday/Friday, ~9am to 5pm
